CREW LEADERSHIP | APR 14TH | 3 - 6 PM 

Instructor: 

This course focuses on the core concepts of effective leadership and motivation to successfully lead construction teams. In a highly complex and fast paced industry such as construction, effective leadership is imperative for construction management role. Participants will learn key strategies to employ each day to exhibit the highest level of leadership for multiple construction crews or subcontractors. 

Course Fee: 

Individual Course - Members: $125 per person Non-Members: $200 per person
